Need to change your plan? Whether you're growing your team or scaling back, this guide walks you through updating or canceling your Tideflow subscription.
How to change your plan
- Go to Settings > Billing > Plan.
- Click Change Plan.
- Choose a new plan (monthly or annual) and confirm.
Note: Changes take effect immediately. Prorated charges or credits apply.
How to cancel your subscription
- In Settings > Billing, click Manage Subscription.
- Scroll down and select Cancel Plan.
- Follow the prompts to complete cancellation.
Your account will remain active until the end of the billing period.
What happens after cancellation
- You’ll retain access until your current billing cycle ends.
- Afterward, your workspace will be locked unless reactivated.
- Data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation.
Tips
- You can downgrade to a free plan if available.
- To switch from monthly to annual billing, use the same steps as upgrading.
